We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the contents of your message when you submit our contact form, book a discovery call, or communicate with us. If you supply an optional mobile phone number, we collect it with your inquiry. We also record your separate SMS preferences and, when you opt in, the consent timestamp, source form, and disclosure version and text. We also automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you visit the Site, such as your browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs, through standard server logs and anonymized analytics tools.
3. How We Use Your Information

We collect separate, optional affirmative consent for informational texts (appointment confirmations, reminders, and inquiry responses) and marketing texts (offers and promotions about AI services and our CRM platform). Both contact-form checkboxes are unchecked by default. Consent to one message category does not authorize the other; submitting an inquiry, booking, or supplying a number is not consent. We retain your phone number, selected consent preferences, a timestamp, the source form URL, and the version and text of the disclosures presented at submission to document those choices. 5. Cookies, Browser Storage, and Third-Party Scheduling
Our Site uses browser storage for preferences, including your cookie selection and site chat history, and may use cookies required for functionality and security. The booking page loads Calendly, a third-party scheduling service that may collect device and usage information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. Your saved cookie selection does not itself prevent that scheduling service from loading. We do not use your SMS opt-in records for advertising audiences or third-party marketing. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies and browser storage through their settings; doing so may affect certain Site functionality.

Contact form submissions are stored securely in our backend systems with access limited to authorized personnel.
